Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz was in New York on business and stopped by Grumpy's coffee in Chelsea to try an artisan blend prepared using the store's Clover Machine. The clover is a very precision-controlled coffee maker that brews one cup at a time. It's sort of like a French press, which uses an immersion method, but without the grit. Schultz was so impressed with the coffee that he bought the Clover company. To my knowledge, Clovers only exist in Starbucks stores and Grumpy's in Chelsea.
